TIFF Image Viewer
At the time of this writing, Internet Explorer does not automatically support viewing images with the .tif ("Tagged Image File Format") extension. To view them, you must install a plug-in (for version 5.x) or an ActiveX component (for version 6.x).

The following program, Alternatiff, is recommended for use with eClaimScan's website. This program is freely distributable, but requires you to register your copy (at no charge) over the internet the first time you use it. Information on site licenses, troubleshooting, and full terms of use are available at www.alternatiff.com.

Click one of the following links to download the installation program appropriate for your version of Internet Explorer:

  • Alternatiff Plug-in (for IE 5.x)
  • Alternatiff ActiveX (for IE 6.x)
  • Several other viewers/plug-ins exist, and any suitable viewer may be used. Please note that many images on our website have multiple pages, and the tif viewer you use should support multi-page tiff's.
